The Urban Love Triangle ambitiously tackles all the challenges of this special location. Living, working & sharing overlap in a variety of work-home scenarios with collaboration, flexibility, inclusivity & future adaptability as key qualities. The private-public & the in-between spaces are consciously re-evaluated, enriching the full spectrum of social ambiences & spatial experience. Dynamically branching out of the existing Dakpark, the volume offers two public active ‘ground’ floors. A bold multifunctional culture & knowledge centre, with a hyper-local impact, harmoniously coexists with the landscape & a reshaped strip. Contemporary materials, integrated green & biodiversity follow a comprehensive sustainable & circular strategy under a strong distinct & inviting architectural identity.
